Exportable data
All the customer's data: load profiles, registers and monthly totals, measurements acquired from the portals, master data of meters and PODs (points of delivery), with the related metadata (acquisition dates, outcome of the readings). Only the platform's internal operating data protected by trade secrets is excluded.
How to export it
At any time and on your own from the platform, with the export to Excel, CSV and zip archives, which includes all the customer's data.
How to request the switch
By withdrawing from the contract via PEC (certified email), at any time, including to switch to another provider or to your own infrastructure, or to have the data erased. The notice period is the one set out in the contract and does not exceed two months. During the notice period the service continues as normal. After termination, the customer has at least 30 days to download the data from the platform. The data is then erased, with written confirmation. There are no switching costs and no data exit costs.

The data is stored and processed only in the European Union, with providers based in the Union, and is not transferred outside the EU. smart ways acts on access requests from authorities of third countries only within the limits allowed by Union law (Article 32 of Regulation 2023/2854).
